I am the Founder and Director at Equilibrium Surgical. I’m driven by the impact that advances in Med Tech can have on healthcare and patient outcomes. After 10 years as a medical device consultant in Australia, I’ve taken the opportunity to develop a medical device distributorship.
EQ Surgical was established to enhance the capacity to tailor surgical solutions and services to our region. Our vision is to develop EQ into a unique entity known for it’s pursuit of excellence in healthcare.

My background in physiotherapy and passion for preservation of human function has lead me to a career in surgical devices. My focus as Business Development Manager at Equilibrium Surgical is to support surgeons in the adoption of advanced and minimally invasive procedures.
At EQ we establish partnerships with leading innovators in medical technology. These companies design surgeon training programs to complement their advanced solutions. We facilitate that training and then support the surgeon and theatre team through the learning curve to procedural adoption.
